Faculty Bio: Since 1976, Tanis Helliwell has assisted individuals and organizations to develop their potential. Her main focus is helping people to develop their spiritual intelligence in life and at work. She is the author of the best selling book, "Take Your Soul to Work", and frequently consults and gives keynotes on this subject. She is a skilled workshop leader and a faculty member at The Banff Centre.

Course Description: Using visual, auditory, kinesthetic exercises and mediums we will reawaken sleeping and numbed parts of ourselves so that we can fully engage in life with joy. This course builds on the Transform Your Work morning section to help you explore your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves in a celebration of life and the gifts you bring to it.
Draw a work timeline and discover significant fractals that indicate life/work purpose
Use guided visualization and other techniques to discover you souls vision
Use impactful tools to work the various parts of with your personality
Practice exercises to develop intuition
Employ song and movement to rekindle creativity
Engage with learning trios to support your journey
Enjoy nature as a gift of renewal
Solve key problems using intuitive techniques
Increase your life energy
