Process Group:  Dissertation Concentration

This Process Group is designed for Doctor of Ministry students who have completed the Candidate Review Process and are either preparing for or are in the process of creating the Dissertation Project and Final Paper.

No matter where you are in the process, this is an opportunity for support and clarification as you dialogue and share information with one another and Faculty.

Preparation for the Class:

  1. Prepare and bring a 100 word Abstract and an Outline of your proposed project
  1. A Bibliography
  1. Some thoughts on the method of evaluation you are considering.  A rough draft of your ideas would be helpful to you in the discussion.
  1. Read the Doctoral Dissertation Manual and have your copy with you.

During the Process Group you will review the elements required for your Dissertation and have the opportunity to discuss how these elements will be manifest in your work.  You will also review the planning and formation of your personal Dissertation Committee.

One session will address the editing process, styles of writing and information about
publication possibilities.

Please return the lower half of this form with your registration. Thank you.
